Housed in the former 1920s Roanoke Printery, this mixed-use multifamily property was transformed in 2018. The building is anchored by the gastropub Sidecar, and contains 18 modern, one-bedroom apartments. The renovation retained many of the building’s unique historical aspects, including original interior and exterior window systems, concrete floors and oak printer display cabinets.
