Jessie is a Franklin County native who now resides in Roanoke, VA. He joined the Allegheny team in April 2020 with a dynamic and skilled approached to managing our facilities and facilities team. Jessie’s experience includes over 5 years in property management and prior to that, 3 years of experience in all aspects of new construction. Jessie enjoys cooking for his family and taking advantage of the area’s great outdoors. His hobbies include kayaking, hiking, and fishing.
Sean Heppner, originally from Chicago, Illinois, moved to Roanoke about 12 years ago. A few years after he moved to Virginia, he started working with Allegheny Partners. He has worn many hats in his long tenure with the company and now serves as our Senior Property Service Technician. Sean is a jack of all trades and a hard worker when anyone needs a hand. In his free time, he enjoys playing pc games, watching movies and spending time with family.
Ryan, a Salem native that now resides in Roanoke, is a University of Mary Washington alum. Prior to joining Allegheny Partners in September 2020, Ryan worked in public relations and event management for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Atlantic 10 Conference. Ryan enjoys watching the Buffalo Bills football and spending time with family.
Bailey was born and raised in Roanoke, Virginia until she moved to the Radford area to attend Radford University where she graduated with her bachelor’s in business management. After graduation she worked in the restaurant business as manager of a local Italian restaurant. Desiring to live closer to her friends and family, she recently moved back to the Roanoke area to begin a new career here at Allegheny Partners. Bailey enjoys spending time with family, reading and spending quality time with her sweet dog, Bo.
Madeleine, originally from coastal Virginia, moved to Roanoke to attend Hollins University. She worked in recruitment after graduation, and then joined the Allegheny team to share her love of the Star City with current and future Allegheny residents. As a current downtown resident herself, Madeleine loves to visit local restaurants and spend time outside on the surrounding rivers and trails.
Originally a Colorado native, Megan resides in Roanoke as of 2025. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources and has over 4 years of customer service experience. Before her move to Roanoke, Megan worked in Tampa, Florida, as a facilitates manager and HR recruiter. She enjoys crocheting, camping, reading, and watching movies.
Brianna was born and raised in Ridgeway, Virginia until she made the decision to move to Roanoke in 2025. Brianna is a recent graduate from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in health, business, and social services. Prior to Allegheny Partners, Brianna worked in healthcare as a Heart Monitor Technician at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. Brianna enjoys attending downtown festivities and spending quality time with family and friends.
Originally from Botetourt County, Emily now proudly calls Roanoke home and loves everything the Star City has to offer. Since entering the multifamily housing industry in 2024, she has focused on creating a welcoming environment where residents feel connected and at home. Emily enjoys bringing people together and helping those new to the area fall in love with Roanoke the same way that she has. Outside of work, you can find Emily enjoying live music, trying new restaurants, playing cards, and spending time with her cat, Mr. Boots.
Originally from Kingsport, Tennessee, Kelsey graduated from ETSU with a degree in English and Anthropology, including a semester in France studying archaeology. Always up for an adventure, she spent 8 years in Colorado Springs, Colorado and three years in Charleston, South Carolina, before finally finding her forever home in Roanoke in 2024. Kelsey brings a well‑rounded accounting background to Allegheny Partners, with experience in credit management and intercompany auditing, and is excited to have found a place she truly feels at home. She loves getting to know people and discovering all that Roanoke has to offer. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Kelsey enjoying the outdoors with her family, visiting amusement parks, gaming, spoiling her cat Phoebe, and trying to keep up with her energetic two‑year‑old.
From the Star City, Noah is no stranger to Roanoke. A recent graduate from Virginia Western Community College, Noah plans on completing a Finance degree at Old Dominion University. Noah enjoys hiking and music.
Walter left behind the steep hills in San Francisco in pursuit of greener ones here in Virginia. He enjoys all of Virginia's seasonal changes but especially loves autumn and winter's cold weather. He says that, ``there is something special about watching the leaves turn from green into a yellow hue that you don't get everywhere out in the west coast.`` He loves the challenges of working in the maintenance department, seeing each problem as a puzzle that he gets to solve. He appreciates that every day provides an opportunity to learn something new. In his time off, Walter enjoys spending time at home with his rescue dogs or playing board games with his wife.
